You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Final sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Personal care products (e.g. underwear, cosmetics)
• Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• You’ll be notified of the approval or rejection.
• If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Please Note:

• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
• Magazaw™ is not responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

Our team will provide the return address and instructions.

Ship the item back securely. You must use a trackable shipping service.

🚫 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
